This is a very RARE dinosaur fossil. It is a killer Monoclonius crassus ungual from the Red Deer River Badlands, near Drumheller, Alberta, Canada. This specimen came from an OLD collection of major fossil finds. This fossil was found as it had just begun to weather out of the ground, which accounts for the beautiful, natural two-tone coloration. The claw is very heavy and solid, showing that the bone has mineralized fully. The overall detail is superb, and the preservation is just exquisite. And, best of all, there is NO repair or restoration to the claw whatsoever! This is a top quality dinosaur claw from an extremely collectible dinosaur, Monoclonius crassus.
A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
