This is an aesthetic trilobite fossil. It is an excellent Dicranurus monstrosus from Morocco. This amazing specimen was painstakingly prepared under a microscope in the EXTINCTIONS Preparation Lab here in Colorado. Dicranurus is known worldwide for its unique, spider-like appearance. This specimen is GENUINE AND FULLY REAL, unlike many other specimens on the market. This colorful trilobite has its occipital ''Ram's Horns'' spines prepared fully free-standing, which makes for an impressive display. This killer trilobite is beautifully showcased on the large, sculpted limestone base that has TWO natural holes in the rock! This is an extremely displayable Dicranurus trilobite, one of the most sought-after trilobites in the world.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
