This is one of the most sought-after types of dinosaur claws in the world. It is a very large Allosaurus fragilis Foot Claw from Wyoming. This specimen was recently acquired from a major dinosaur fossil collection. The claw is a left pes ungual - position #2. The specimen is very large (well over THREE inches long!) and very robust. The blood grooves are nicely preserved and easily seen on both sides, and the tip is intact and not missing. The contact end of the claw is well preserved, and the dark color is natural and quite striking. This is simply a top quality dinosaur fossil.

Allosaurus claws of this quality consistantly sell for well over $1000 an inch - this one is priced less than the going rate. This is a large, collectible dinosaur claw from Allosaurus, one of the most popular theropod dinosaurs in the world.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
