This is easily the largest dinosaur tooth we have ever had! This monster is from the large, carniverous dinosaur, Carcharodontosaurus saharicus. Carcharodontosaurus was a Tyrannosaurus-like dinosaur found mostly in Morocco. This tooth has a 6.1 inch straight line measurement, and is about 7 inches along the curve - WOW! Have you seen anything quite like it? The tooth has many serrations intact along the margins, and the tip of the tooth is even preserved. The LONG root is also intact and makes up the majority of the tooth - a tooth from any dinosaur with this much root preserved is almost unheard of. The enamel is also in fine condition and is a beautiful, mottled brown color. The tooth has had some of the cracks filled and the colors matched, but this tooth is essentially unrestored - incredible!  This is one of the most impressive dinosaur teeth of any type that we have ever seen, anywhere. It is the kind of fossil that will make even the most hardcore dinosaur expert ''that has seen it all'' sit up and take notice.

A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
